The bed in the lounge was not made up and we had to ask for extra towels as we were a family of 6 and it was only set up 4.
Very clean concerned no smoke alarms especially with 6 heater in the motel. Kids noted this and then said Motels should have recycling options.
Left my shoes: returned to collect them to be told they were going to throw them out, only left 3 hours earlier and to find the owner was wearing them!
