We got off to a bad start at the hotel with a cleaner trying to come into the room around 10am (despite having a 3 day booking), however the staff apologised and offered a free sauna session. The mattress we had was also of poor quality and slumped in the middle.
Overall the hotel is excellent value for money in Franz Josef and for somewhere clean and comfortable to sleep it's hard to beat it for value.
